Can't fault it . Friendly staff , good selection of films . In a central location . Saturday morning films at great prices for the family.
Nice, relatively small cinema. Always clean and tidy, which should go without saying, but that’s not the case for some cinemas! The reason for 4 stars, not 5, is because there always seems to be at least one ticket machine broken, which is a pain for collecting pre-paid tickets when it’s busy.

IMAX is amazing, fantastic huge high definition screen with an amazing surround sound system. The food and drinks were very reasonably priced and the family deals are great. We watched Marvel Infinity Wars at an odeon cinema in 2d then watched it here in IMAX 3D a week later and it blew us away, the difference in picture quality is huge it’s so clear and the best 3D I have ever seen, I am now seriously considering only watching films on IMAX from now on. The seats were really comfortable and all have a unobstructed view and the seats infringe are set low so peoples heads don’t get in the way. Great cinema and friendly staff I will recommend this cinema to everybody.

This theatre is over 30 years old and so it's accessibility involves a lot of stairs but there is a lift if you ask. Very nice commissionaire escorted a lady with limited walking ability to the lift at the end of the performance. Parking is mostly 2 levels below the theatre entrance. Two snack bars and free water.
I'll break this revue in two parts. The show I saw, children from my daughter's dance class performing sets, was amazing. So much effort and talent from kids between around 3 and 15...staggering. Now the theatre...the Borough council should hang thier heads in shame. The outside of the building is a disgrace, overgrown weeds all around it,on the external walkways and steps, smell of urine from drinks at night in places and as the signage for the toilets...if it was any more cryptic it would have been quicker to drive home.

Took my 5yr old daughter & her 6yr old friend for a birthday treat to see Madagascar they absolutely loved it very good. Definitely would go again if something suitablewas on
I'd like to rate it more highly as I think the venue is important and it puts on some good work. The truth of the matter though, is that the seats are small and the legroom cramped. The staff and volunteers were really friendly and helpful however.
